Megan Harris

Megan Harris is Head of Operations at the Clooney Foundation for Justice, where she oversees all back-office functions. She brings a wealth of experience from the financial services and technology sectors, with a track record in process improvement, cost-efficiency and operational excellence, and a particular interest in data-led growth and decision-making. In a previous role, she secured one of the first ever ISO 27001 certifications in AI Governance – work that connects to the operational support she now provides to the Oxford Institute for Technology and Justice. A committed advocate for diversity in the workplace, Megan has chaired equity and diversity groups over the past decade.

Earlier in her career, Megan worked in the charity sector as In Memoriam Lead for the Royal British Legion, where she delivered annual events attended by international royalty, politicians, and notable military figures. She has also served as a trustee for a children’s charity.

Alongside her professional work, Megan volunteers as a First Responder in London, providing emergency medical care at major events across the city.
