Enhle Lucinda Khumalo is the Program Associate for the Waging Justice for Women initiative. With a dedicated focus on providing high-level project coordination and operational support for social justice programs, Lucinda’s journey is marked by her commitment to seeing projects through from conception to fruition.

With 6 years of experience spanning local, national, and global civil society contexts, Lucinda’s experience is further enriched by her Master of Arts degree in Political Studies and a B.A in International Relations from University of The Witwatersrand.

Prior to joining CFJ, Lucinda served as a Programme Officer – M&E and Capacity Strengthening at CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation. Her work encompassed grant making, capacity-building, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, she held roles as a Social Strategist and Community Manager at Beautiful News South Africa, as was the Advocacy & Campaigns Coordinator at The SA Federation for Mental Health. Lucinda’s international civil society experience extends to positions such as Deputy Junior Mayor at The Johannesburg Junior Council and Research and Policy Officer for the Wits Student Representative Council.
