
Talia Bilodeau is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Foundation, where she is responsible for partnerships and growth. Previously, Talia served as Vice President for Strategy and External Relations at the Fund for Global Human Rights, where she quintupled the organization’s income in service of the Fund’s mission to support frontline human rights defenders in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and MENA. She also served as Vice President for Development at the National Women’s Law Center, working with individual, corporate and foundation donors to support law and public policy that improves the educational, employment, health, and reproductive rights of women and girls in the U.S. Talia also worked as a consultant, helping social justice organizations in Hong Kong, India, the UK and the US with fundraising, communications, and program development. Talia holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Women’s Studies from Boston University, and a J.D. from George Washington University, where she was a member of the Law Review.
