Nikke DeYear is the Foundation’s Head of Operations, responsible for its human resources, administration, financial, and program operations. She has worked in various roles in the nonprofit sector to establish an expertise in nonprofit operations and capacity building, including for Common Impact and Boys Town New York. She previously worked for the US Mission to the UN in Washington D.C. and served her AmeriCorps year at the YWCA of Oklahoma City as a case manager for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. She holds an M.A. in Global Security & Humanitarianism and a B.A. in International and Area Studies summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma and speaks Spanish.
