Program Associate for TrialWatch

Marry Tran is the Foundation’s Program Associate for TrialWatch, supporting the logistics and program operations of the initiative. She previously taught English in rural Japan through the JET Programme, where she received a grant to promote grassroots, cross-cultural exchange. Before that, she worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm in New York, managing day-to-day office administration. With a passion for the social sector, Marry has served in a broad array of capacities at various nonprofits and NGOs, including Oxfam Italia, Human Rights Now, and the VinaCapital Foundation. She holds an Erasmus Mundus Joint M.A. in Euroculture from Università degli studi di Udine (Italy) and Univerzita Palackého v Olomouci (Czech Republic) and a B.A. in Global Liberal Studies with a concentration in Politics, Rights and Development and a minor in Law and Society from New York University. She is fluent in Vietnamese.
