Fighting for Immigrant Families

In response to the family separation crisis at the U.S. border, the Clooney Foundation for Justice galvanized support for the work of the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights—an organization focused on protecting unaccompanied children.  CFJ not only provided direct support to the Young Center, but CFJ’s donation also helped to spur an unprecedented volume of follow-on contributions from individuals and institutions totaling $2.3 million.  The Young Center will use these funds to grow its staff by one-third across eight locations around the country, thereby increasing the number of cases they can take on.
