4th grade student Marah, Furn El Chebbak School, Beirut

Marah is 12 years old and was out of school for two years before starting school again in Lebanon. Marah’s family was very grateful when she could attend school again: when asked whether he had a message for his daughter, her father said, “I want for you to finish your education so you can do anything you like and have a very happy life.” In response, Marah promised him that she would study hard and do all the things he asked so that he could be proud of her. As you can see in this assignment, Marah is dedicated to doing just that!
